The Tour:

La Plata offers forests and museums, an immense cathedral, a revolutionary house, and a booming gastronomic scene. The provincial capital—a dream of founding fathers and a reality for the youth—is a getaway that suits every profile.

The heart of La Plata's charm lies in "El Bosque," 70 hectares that once belonged to the Pérez Iraola family estate. The La Plata Museum stands as a statement of principles, with a collection exceeding 3.5 million objects. The main square is the geometric center of the urban grid designed by Rocha and Benoit—the perfect spot to grasp the scale of the Cathedral, inaugurated in 1932. There are downtown areas with a craft brewery on every corner. Steps away from the San Marco Hotel is "La Modelo," a brewery where, in 1894, barrels from the country's most famous beer company began to be stocked.

Must-see locations include the Dardo Rocha Museum and Archives, the Cathedral, the La Plata Museum, the Curutchet House (designed by Le Corbusier), the Children's Republic (República de los Niños), the Planetarium, and the Observatory, among others.

The tour begins with a takeoff from San Fernando Airport, offering views of Tigre, Parque de la Costa, and Nordelta before heading toward the Morón district. We then fly over the "Camino de Cintura" (Provincial Route 4), passing over the University of Lomas de Zamora. From there, we fly over Temperley, Adrogué, and Rafael Calzada, followed by Burzaco and Longchamps. We pass near Florencio Varela and Berazategui until reaching the Gutiérrez Roundabout (an iconic landmark of the Southern Zone). We then soar over the imposing Pereyra Iraola Park as we reach the coastal area of the Río de la Plata. Continuing southeast, we pass over Villa Elisa, City Bell, and Gonnet (where you will see the Children's Republic from the air).

We then arrive at the gates of La Plata, where we will see the La Plata Racetrack, the Zoo, and the Ensenada and Berisso areas to our right. From there, we will land at the La Plata Airport.

The return flight follows a route over the western side of the city of La Plata.
