WHAT I SHOULD KNOW BEFORE FLYING

What documentation do I need to bring for the flight?

Every passenger must bring a valid government-issued ID. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure their documentation is current and valid. If presenting a passport, the passenger is responsible for verifying its validity with the respective consulate or embassy, as well as any applicable migration and customs requirements for the countries of departure, transit, or destination.

What days and times can I fly?

You can fly with us any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we do not offer night flights, during the summer season, we can schedule the last departure as late as 7:00 PM.

What is the minimum age for passengers?

The minimum age to fly with us is 2 years old. This ensures that young children can enjoy the experience with proper care. For infants under 2 years of age, please consult us regarding availability and requirements.

I am pregnant: Can I fly?

There is no formal contraindication for flying during a normal pregnancy. However, for your safety, comfort, and peace of mind, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.

Food and drinks?

We recommend eating a light meal before flying. Regarding beverages, we suggest avoiding alcohol prior to the trip, as the aircraft may encounter occasional turbulence. Eating or drinking inside the aircraft is not permitted.

Can I take photos and videos?

We encourage you to bring your smartphone or camera to capture every moment. Please note that we will film the flight from inside and outside the cabin, and this content may be published on our website and/or social media. Unless you explicitly state otherwise before the flight, you authorize us to use such content for promotional purposes.

Are flights shared with strangers?

No, all flights are private for you and your companions. We want you to enjoy a personalized experience in a comfortable and relaxing environment to make the most of your adventure.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing—ideally in dark colors to avoid reflections on the aircraft windows in your photos.

Is it possible to fly at night?

We do not perform night flights. However, we invite you to enjoy the last flight of the day at sunset during the summer, around 7:00 PM (subject to light and weather conditions). Please check availability.

Are there passenger weight limits?

Yes. Due to aircraft limitations, the total weight of all passengers must not exceed 210 kg (an average of 70 kg per person). In any case, the maximum weight allowed per individual is 120 kg.

Are there restrictions for people with reduced mobility?

For safety reasons, passengers must be able to exit the aircraft on their own if necessary. If a passenger has a physical limitation, please let us know before booking.

Can I fly with pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board, as these flights are exclusively for human passengers. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking available?

San Fernando International Airport offers secure parking with 24-hour surveillance.

Can I bring luggage?

Only small carry-on bags are allowed on board, as the aircraft has limited luggage compartments.

How early should I arrive for my flight?

Please arrive 30 minutes early for the pre-flight briefing. We operate on a tight schedule; any delay impacts subsequent flights. We offer a 10-minute grace period; beyond that time, the flight will be canceled, and the corresponding penalty will apply. We suggest arriving early to relax at the airport and start your adventure on time.

Who will I meet at the airport?

A member of our team will meet you at the agreed point and time. We will assist you throughout the entire process: check-in, safety briefing, and boarding.

Do I need any aeronautical knowledge?

No prior aeronautical knowledge is required.

Is there anything else I should know before boarding?

Yes, we will provide a simple explanation of the experience and safety measures. Additionally, due to the nature of the flight, we may ask you to complete a brief liability waiver.

TERMS AND CODITIONS:

Activity Duration:

The indicated duration of each flight is approximate. It may vary based on Air Traffic Control (ATC) clearances, weather conditions, and other operational factors beyond the control of Touch and Go. We will notify you of any adjustments as early as possible. We measure the experience from engine start to engine shutdown. Therefore, the effective time in the air may be less than the total duration, as it includes taxiing, and pre- and post-flight procedures essential for your safety.

Service Modifications:

Safety first: the pilot determines if a flight can proceed based on weather conditions. If there is adverse weather (rain, high winds, low visibility) at your scheduled time, you may choose:

  1. A refund according to our current policy, or

  2. To reschedule within 10 days of the original date. After this period, the reservation expires and a 100% penalty applies. If you choose to reschedule in advance based on a forecast, the "Booking Changes" policy applies. If flights are operational but you decide not to fly due to the weather, a 100% penalty applies.

Aircraft Substitution:

The originally booked aircraft may be replaced by another of a similar category for technical or operational reasons. In such cases, if an aircraft of a different category is offered, price differences will be applied to the original quote.

Itinerary Changes: For safety and regulatory reasons, a flight may be delayed, rescheduled, or its itinerary adjusted due to weather, ATC instructions, unscheduled maintenance, or force majeure. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives: waiting, adapting the route, or rescheduling based on availability. Paseos en Avión is not liable for changes or delays resulting from these circumstances.

LEGAL NOTES:

Liability Waiver:

Touch and Go performs flights authorized by the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) under Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC). All passengers must have personal insurance coverage. We do not offer additional coverage beyond those provided by our insurer. If you require insurance information or wish to add your own coverage, we can guide you through the process.
